Gathered and Felt is an ongoing fiber, found object and video art project exploring the relationships between wool, land, labor, and memory. Using hand-felted wool and rusted metal gathered from former ranchland in Northern New Mexico, I’m creating sculptural vessels, panels and video art that explores unseen, overlooked & difficult histories and slow, embodied processes. The culminating installation will be exhibited in the Vladem Contemporary’s Window Box in November 2026–March 2027 in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
