About my teaching practice…
My training in Yoga, Reggio-inspired Early Childhood Education, and Arts-Integrated Education informs my teaching approach. I strive to foster growth in all areas of child development and elevate Early Childhood Education.
I’m inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach, valuing creative shared social learning and responsive listening in all learning contexts. I’m a proud graduate of University of Colorado’s Innovative Early Childhood Education Master’s program (MA’22)and Nicholls State University’s Studio Arts program (BFA ’04).
My Yoga practice integrates philosophy, movement, breath work, meditation, and mindfulness, shaped by Yogic wisdom and natural rhythms. I completed Yoga Teacher Training at Wild Lotus Yoga in 2020, focusing on Vinyasa, Bhakti, and Restorative practices. With nearly a decade of experience, I’m dedicated to honoring Yoga as a sacred practice that bridges the physical and mystical.
